Including my education in Germany, I have worked more than 25 years in the international hotel industry, as well as on international Cruise ships.
I am now offering my management coaching services, with the intention to share my valuable experiences and to integrate them successfully into your business and teams.
My main focus is based on "leadership". From my point of view, today this is the major key to success, to manage and support your team by example, being motivative, confident and to convey the necessary service mentality and attitude. The straight goal setting is definitely to increase your revenue generation in all outlets and to achieve a maximum of guest satisfaction throughout providing atmosphere, ambience and a team, which exceeds the guest expectations with competence, spirit and the "little" difference...
To train these values and tecniques is the job of each Manager, I see my role here in being an active coach and support, without pointing the finger, more to to be suggestive and providing the correct tools acoording to each situation.

F&B and Hotelmanager
Today I am using many of my experiences from working in the cruise industry. After many years in the position F&B Manager and Hotelmanager on board, my team and I have managed and supported crew members from more than 70 different nationalities, in the same time being the host for a high volumed guest clientele from all over the world. Doing this, I was always more the active trainer and coach, rather than the "big boss" in the office and I have built my confidence by achieving proven results in short time period increase of revenue-generation and improvement of the guest ratings.
Especially on cruise ships you are facing daily challenges, which are specific due to the obvious conditions and lead each manager to develope the necessary skills and tools to keep the operation running. For my work as a coach on land I am also using several classic ship's values like respect, teamspirit, individual engagement, people knowledge, optimized workflows and the individual guest service, which are so important on cruise ships and will aswell be an asset to any Hospiatlity business on land.
